FITNESS FAVORITES

For the past few months I have been on a fitness journey. I am not the fittest person. I am far from my goals, but I am finally dedicating time. I am putting in effort and working my butt off to get there. Yes, I am doing it to lose weight, but also because I want fitness to be part of my lifestyle. Now that I have a routine of what workouts I like to do, and products that work for me I will slowly share on here. Keep in mind I am a beginner.
